These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nestrology website, calculators, personalized guides, AI parenting assistant, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a guide or create cosmic content for a child. By using the Service for a child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian, or have permission from one.

Nestrology provides astrological and numerological insights for entertainment, reflection, and personal interest. The content is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or educational advice and should not be relied on as such. Always consult a qualified professional for matters affecting your child's health, wellbeing, or development.

Personalized guides are digital products delivered instantly by email. Because each guide is generated specifically for the child whose details you provide, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will help resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit (such as a child's name, date, time, and place of birth). The personalization of your guide depends entirely on the data you provide. We cannot guarantee accuracy of computed signs or charts if the input data is incorrect.

Our AI assistant generates responses using third-party language models. Responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Treat all AI output as a starting point, not as professional advice.

All Nestrology content — including text, design, illustrations, logos, and the structure of generated guides — is owned by Nestrology or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the guides you purchase for personal, non-commercial use within your family. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish them.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose;
• Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts that aren't yours;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service;
• Submit information about a child without parental authority.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nestrology and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
